Claude code - second brain+ PA build
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need to transform my mix of Claude code, NotebookLM resources, and copywriting frameworks into a single “second-brain” executive assistant that runs on Google Apps Script.
The goal is to centralise ideas, automate repeatable tasks, and surface the right prompt or template at the exact moment I need it.
Core build work covers:
• Connecting Anthropic’s Claude (via API) with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets through Apps Script.
• Creating a lightweight command centre (sidebar or web app) where I can trigger actions such as drafting emails, generating campaign funnels, or updating project notes.
• Storing and retrieving templates—especially my copywriting funnels and strategic frameworks—so they populate instantly inside Docs.
• Structuring data so NotebookLM continues to learn from new material and can be queried directly from within the Google Workspace interface.
Acceptance criteria
– One-click installable Apps Script project with clear code comments.
– Demo video or walkthrough doc showing the end-to-end flow for at least three use cases: an email automation, a calendar update, and a funnel copy draft.
– Simple configuration file where I can drop in future API keys or adjust prompts without touching core logic.
If you already have proven Apps Script automations in production and understand prompt engineering for Claude (or similar LLMs), this project should feel familiar. I plan to iterate, so clean, modular code—and a willingness to expand the assistant’s skill set over time—matters more than a one-off script.
