Cash flow help has a financial analyst excel spreadsheets program that uses financial data to review the current business situation and then do “what if” analyst to improve business cash flow using the six cash drivers.
The project is dissected into 3 stages to develop a web app, upload/synch the business financial data via API with accounting software program XERO, MYOB & Intuit. The final stage is to make the App mobile friendly.
STAGE 1.
PREPARE THE WEB APP
Ideation stage
1. Source an idea – to use the excel spreadsheet as a source for calculations and data input to prepare a website app to used by business and accountants. The App will be a subscription model with the ability to change levels of subscription.
2. Market research – The web app will be used by business owners and clients of accountant and bookkeepers, will need a level of subscription for bot business owners and professional advisers
3. Define functionality – The web app will use all the functions of the excel spreadsheet including

5. Plan the workflow – Provide the workflow of the first stage with time lines
6. Provide software – clearly detail the software that will be used to develop the App and other stages
7. Obtain early validation – before development you will need to obtain validation
DEVELOPMENT Stage
8. Architect your database – Provide the database to be used in the App providing world’s best data security and anti-spam items.
9. Develop the frontend – Obtain approval
10. Build backend – Obtain approval
11. Add User Authentication and Security If your app has logins or user profiles, you’ll need user authentication. Set permissions, add an SSL Certificate, and protect user data. Use simple password rules and session timeouts. Most platforms include these features by default, but you should still review security settings.
12. Host with cloud hosting – provide Now it’s time to put the app online. Choose a cloud hosting provider to make your app accessible from anywhere. your hosting is built in and handled automatically.
