I run an established online betting platform and need a reliable way to broadcast promotional offers to my customer base through both WhatsApp and traditional SMS. The core goal is simple: reach thousands of opted-in users quickly, track delivery and engagement, and stay fully compliant with each channel’s policies.
Here is what I expect from the finished solution:
• A single interface (web panel or integrated API) that lets me upload or sync contact lists, compose messages, and schedule or trigger sends in real time.
• Capability to segment recipients so specific promotions go only to targeted groups.
• Automatic handling of opt-outs / unsubscribe requests to keep my databases clean and compliant.
• Basic analytics—delivery status, open/read indicators on WhatsApp where possible, and click-through tracking for links.
• Deployment to my own server or secure cloud environment, with clear documentation so my in-house tech team can maintain it.
If an off-the-shelf gateway or third-party service best meets these needs, please recommend it; if a custom script with Twilio, Vonage, 360dialog, or another approved WhatsApp Business API provider is better, outline the architecture. I’m open to whichever approach balances cost, scalability, and long-term control.
On delivery I should be able to log in, upload a CSV, write a short promo, hit send, and immediately see the campaign progressing across both channels.
