Build Webhook API for Bitrix24 Data

I need a Webhook API to transmit Bitrix24 data (Leads, Deals, Contacts) to a MySQL server. The data should be sent phase-wise at regular 10-minute intervals. Any updates should also be pushed every 10 minutes.

Requirements:
- Transmit Leads, Deals, and Contacts
- Retry immediately on error
- No data transformation needed; store as-is

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Bitrix24 and MySQL
- Proficiency in API development
- Familiarity with error handling and data transmission protocols
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines
