Build Fast “Venmo Killer” Platform

I need qrtp.com turned into a fully-functioning, QR-driven payment system right away. The core requirement is simple but non-negotiable: every code must process real payments seamlessly. Beyond that, the platform has to let end-users generate and manage their own QR codes while still giving me an admin console to issue and track centrally-created codes.

All interface and flow guidelines are in the attached PDF; follow them to the pixel so we can go live without another design round. Code quality matters, but speed matters more—ship a working MVP first, then we’ll tighten security and polish UX in rapid sprints.
