Build Cyber Ops RAG Chatbot

I need a Cyber Operations RAG Chatbot built using GPT-4 and PDF ingestion. You will use files I've already generated.

Key Requirements:
- Backend: FastAPI + vector DB (Chroma/Pinecone)
- Frontend: React UI integrated on our website
- Features:
- PDF upload & chunking
- Admin authentication (simple login/logout)
- GPT-4 context answers
- Support for both text and voice input

Deliverables:
- Complete repository + Docker-compose
- Documentation & deployment steps
- Needs to be deployed on my domain

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in FastAPI, React, and Docker
- Experience with vector databases like Chroma or Pinecone
