Build a Bulk SMTP Sender / Bulk Mailer (Compliant, Deliverability-Focused)

I need a working prototype of a bulk-email delivery system that I can deploy on my own infrastructure. The goal is to send opt-in marketing and transactional messages at scale while protecting sender reputation and staying fully compliant with major regulations.

Here’s what I’m after in this first iteration:
• SMTP relay that accepts authenticated connections and supports standard TLS.
• Lightweight web dashboard or REST API to upload a list, trigger campaigns, and view basic stats (sent, delivered, bounced, complaints).
• Core deliverability safeguards: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup guidance plus throttling controls and bounce processing.
• Simple role-based access so only authorised users can send.
• Clean, well-commented code and a short deployment guide (Docker is fine).

You’re free to choose the tech stack, but please stick to widely used, actively maintained tools. I’m open to follow-on work once this MVP proves stable, so keep the architecture extensible for future features such as advanced analytics and segmentation.
