Bubble.io Certification Tracker

I’m putting together a lightweight Bubble.io app that lets me type in a person’s name, ID and certification number, then automatically pull their certification details from the official source. If that site publishes an API we can use it; if not, I’m happy for you to rely on a reliable web-scraping service instead—whichever is available is fine.

Here’s the user flow I need:
• Simple data-entry form (name, ID, certification number).
• On submit, the app queries the external site, captures the resulting data and saves each field separately in Bubble (Name, Certification No., Status, Issue Date, Expiration Date at minimum).
• A dashboard inside Bubble that lists every record with the ability to filter, sort and export the table to CSV, Excel or PDF.
• Nice-to-have: an optional notification routine that flags approaching expiration dates so I can stay ahead of renewals.

I’ll supply Bubble credentials and any interface mock-ups once we start; you handle the plugin setup, API calls or scraping logic, database structure, and a clean responsive UI. When we’re finished I should be able to log in, add a certification number, see the data populate instantly, and manage or export everything without leaving Bubble.
