Browser Game Backend Dev

I need a backend and admin UI for a browser game focused on recruitment and training.

Key Requirements:
- Design a clean, scalable REST API for game functionalities
- Develop Postgres architecture to manage multiple tenants, their games/levels, and users
- Implement JWT for admin login authentication
- Create admin UI for CRUD operations on games, levels, themes, and branding
- Integrate a visual flow-chart editor for level logic
- Ensure deployment on an AWS-class stack
- API will handle branding integration with logos and color themes, serve game level structure and Loom video URLs, and track game session/user data

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with REST APIs
- Proficiency in Postgres
- Strong knowledge of JWT authentication
- Familiarity with AWS deployment
- Frontend development for admin UI
- Bonus for LMS/e-learning/gamification experience and decision-tree builder expertise
