Biometric School Attendance System

I need a complete biometric attendance solution to replace our paper registers and scattered sign-in sheets. The system must register every category of user on campus—teachers, students, staff and any other workers we add later—and let me see who is present in real time.

Core requirements
• Automated reporting that can email or export daily, weekly and term summaries.
• Instant, real-time dashboards so administrators always know who is on site.
• Seamless integration with our existing student-information and payroll systems (API or database bridge).

I am open to whichever biometric modality you recommend; fingerprint, facial and iris recognition are all viable as long as they deliver fast, accurate matching and are affordable for a school environment.

Deliverables
1. A fully tested attendance application (web or desktop) with an admin panel for role management.
2. Source code and documentation showing how to deploy and connect new scanners/cameras.
3. Integration guide or middleware that links attendance data to our current systems.
4. Final hand-off session to ensure staff are comfortable operating the platform.

The project is ready to start as soon as I find the right developer with proven experience in biometric integration and school management software.
