BigCommerce–HubSpot Integration Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a reliable two-way bridge between my BigCommerce store and HubSpot. HubSpot will remain the system of record for contacts, so every new lead, field update, or list change in HubSpot must sync to the matching customer profile in BigCommerce without creating duplicates.
Beyond contact data, I also want to pull order information, line-item details, and revenue totals from BigCommerce back into HubSpot so I can build accurate sales reports and attribution dashboards.
Core requirements
• Sync customer data: full create / update flow from HubSpot to BigCommerce, including custom properties I already use.
• Track sales and revenue: import completed orders, order status changes, and total spend into HubSpot objects so I can trigger workflows and build dashboards.
Helpful, but not required on day one: the framework should leave room for future marketing-campaign automation using HubSpot workflows.
Technical expectations
– Use official REST APIs or existing HubSpot/BigCommerce app framework—no screen scraping.
– Handle rate limits, pagination, and authentication securely (OAuth preferred).
– Provide a clear mapping document for all fields, plus installation notes so I can redeploy in staging or production.
– Log errors to a dashboard or email alert so issues surface quickly.
There’s no rush on delivery; quality and robustness matter more than speed. Please outline your proposed architecture, the tools or middleware you expect to leverage (e.g., HubSpot Operations Hub custom code actions, AWS Lambda, Make/Zapier, or a custom Node/Python service), and a rough timeline for milestones and testing.
