Bet365 Match Notification Bot

I need a lightweight chatbox/bot that runs a scheduled check each morning (e.g. 5 AM local time).

Requirements:
- Filter Bet365 matches with ≥ 90% probability of total goals falling between 1 and 6.
- Send match details via mobile app notifications.
