Backend & Database Enhancement for User Interaction

I need an experienced developer to improve the backend and database functionalities of my website.

Key tasks include:
- Set up the database (currently using MySQL)
- Implement user authentication (prefer email and password)
- Allow users to log in and edit their own profile pages, including:
- User bio
- Contact information
- Display user avatars on an interactive map
- Add a "Historical Map" feature to view previous user statuses by date
- Enable bulk upload of user data via Excel
