Automated Python Trading Risk Management System

I am looking for a Python developer experienced in stock market APIs (preferably DhanHQ, Zerodha, or similar Indian broker APIs) to build a fully automated trading kill switch system.
The system should automatically monitor my account’s live P&L and order activity, and enforce strict daily risk management rules without any manual interference.
Skills Required
Strong experience in Python
Prior work with trading APIs (DhanHQ / Zerodha Kite / Angel One, etc.)
Knowledge of risk management automation
Experience with Telegram/Email API integration

2) Kill Switch Logic
Once trigger is hit, system must:
Exit all open positions immediately
Block new orders for the rest of the trading day
State should be saved on a server / remote storage, not only on local PC.
3) Override (Strict, Not Easy to Misuse)
Any manual override should:
Require 24-hour time-lock before activation, OR
Require two-person approval (co-signer) via Telegram/Email, OR
Be secured via 2FA + logging.
No instant override allowed by me to avoid emotional trading.

Language: Python
Broker API: DhanHQ (I will provide access token & client ID)
Logging: All actions (P&L check, exits, kills, overrides) must be logged with timestamp.
Alerts: Telegram/Email alerts when kill switch triggers or resets.
Configurable via .env file (limits, tokens, Telegram credentials).

Simple web dashboard (Flask/Streamlit) showing:
Current P&L
Capital-based loss limit
Kill switch status (ON/OFF)
