Automated Financial & Logistics Mini-Platform
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I am looking for a reliable development team to build a lightweight but complete Automated Financial & Cross-Border Logistics Information Matching Platform (Mini-Platform, not just a minimal MVP). Important: I do not speak English or operate technical systems, so the platform must be 100% automated, foolproof and require no manual operation from me; if errors occur the system must automatically detect, handle or self-remediate and escalate to the developer team, because my role is only to receive payments. Crucially, the platform must populate itself from day one by automatically ingesting service listings and product information from global sources: where available integrate with official/open APIs of banks, payment gateways, financing platforms, credit card issuers, insurance companies, logistics carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and other related providers; where APIs are not available implement legally-compliant automated data collection (web data ingestion/scraping) with respect to robots.txt, rate limits and applicable privacy/compliance rules. The ingestion system must support scheduled updates (daily/configurable), data normalization, deduplication, source attribution, verification / claim workflows for providers, confidence scoring, audit logs, and automated alerts + auto-remediation routines to keep the platform non-empty and current without manual input. The platform should act strictly as a neutral information hub (displaying and comparing options) — not as a funder or transaction intermediary — and include a revenue module based on advertising/promotion (paid highlights, pinned listings), not commission on transactions.
Budget for the initial build is strictly within RMB 20,000 (approx. USD 2,800). Deliverables must include full source code, deployment, documentation, an operations/runbook, monitoring and auto-recovery mechanisms, and a phased cost proposal that covers initial automated ingestion setup and later full API integrations and AI recommendation upgrades.
