Automate Weekly Google-Zoho Sync
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Every week I need the customer records in Google (Sheets / Contacts), Zoho (most likely Zoho CRM), and a master Excel workbook to match perfectly, with Excel remaining the definitive source of truth. I’m looking for an automated workflow—whether that’s a custom API script, Zapier/Integromat scenario, Zoho Flow, or another proven solution—that can:
• read the customer table in my Excel file,
• create, update, or deactivate matching records in Google and Zoho,
• pull any new or edited contacts from those two services back to Excel, overriding only the fields I approve,
• run reliably on a weekly schedule without manual intervention, and
• log each run so I can quickly trace any mismatches.
Please include field-mapping, error-handling, and a brief setup guide so I can rerun or adjust the process later. If you have done similar bidirectional syncs before, especially with customer data, I’d love to see a short example or description of your approach.
