Automate Salesforce Quote-Proposal Sync
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I manage all of our quotes inside Salesforce and each finalized quote is generated as a PDF. I now need a streamlined workflow—built directly in Salesforce—that will read that PDF quote, lift the exact products and their prices, and push them into our proposal document.
Key behaviours I’m after:
• The proposal must display every product that appears on the quote, with identical pricing.
• If a product does not exist on the quote, it should automatically disappear from the proposal so the two files always match.
