Automate SaaS Onboarding & Accounting Modules

My inventory management SaaS already works well once a user is inside, but everything around it still relies on manual steps. I need a developer who can remove every bit of human intervention from the subscription flow and add a few accounting-focused upgrades at the same time.

User onboarding automation
• The system must let new customers create an account, choose a subscription, set their username and password, pay, and land inside their dashboard automatically.
• No staff touch-points: after payment, access should be provisioned instantly, including any trial logic or plan limits.
• Please include email verification, forgotten-password flow, and basic subscription management (upgrade, downgrade, cancel).

Inventory add-on priority
The immediate module I want woven into the existing Account section is Expiring date and warranty display. Items should carry a configurable expiry date; the UI must surface approaching expirations and allow customers to initiate a warranty claim in one click. A simple notification engine (email or in-app) is required so nobody misses a deadline.

Bank area enhancements
Within the Bank menu I need the following live and integrated with the current database schema:
• Create Credit and Debit note
• View Chart of account and Ledger Summary
• Trial Balance and Balance Sheet

Everything has to respect multi-tenant boundaries so each subscriber only sees their own data. Current stack is Laravel + MySQL on AWS; I’m open to sticking with it or modernising parts if you can justify the gain. Clean REST or GraphQL endpoints, Vue or React components, and paystack experience will help you stand out.

Acceptance criteria
1. A brand-new user can register, pay, and reach the dashboard in under two minutes without admin action.
2. Expiry and warranty data save, display, and trigger alerts correctly for at least three test products.
3. All listed banking screens show accurate figures pulled from sample transactions we provide.

Hand-over should include commented source code, migration scripts, and a short read-me for deployment. If you have questions about the existing codebase, I’ll grant repository access after NDA.
