Australian Marketplace Website Build - Accounts, Listings and Payments

I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build the site from my completed design prototype.

What you'll be building:
- A marketplace website with user registration and logins
- Paid listings with photos, profiles and search/filtering (by species, breed, location and health testing)
- Stripe payment integration for annual listing subscriptions (3 pricing tiers)
- An admin dashboard so I can manage listings, approve breeders and view enquiries myself
- Enquiry/messaging between users
- Mobile-friendly throughout

What I'll provide:
- A complete working design prototype of the landing page
- Full branding, copy, pricing structure and page content — the design decisions are already made

Requirements:
- Please include a link to ONE live marketplace or similar site you've built with user accounts and payments (bids without this won't be considered)
- Fixed-price quote broken into milestones, paid per completed stage through the platform's milestone system
- On final payment, I own the code in full, and the domain and hosting sit in my accounts, not yours
- Clear communication in plain English — I'm not technical, and I need a developer comfortable explaining things simply
