C# Application Enhancement

I'm looking for an experienced C# developer to modify and enhance an existing Windows-based C# application.

Key tasks include:
- Integrating new features to implement/improve web server interface .
- improve existing core functionality.
- Adding new endpoints to enhance the existing web server interface.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Prior experience with DMR and TETRA APIs is required
- Expertise in C# and Windows-based applications
- Strong understanding of web server interfaces and endpoint integration
- Ability to improve application functionality and performance
