Spam Number Data Aggregation Expert
Overview
We are building a call center service and need a freelancer to help us create a robust solution for accessing and aggregating spam number data from providers worldwide. Instead of relying only on APIs, this project will focus on leveraging Android devices (physical phones or emulators) connected via ADB to query spam detection providers (e.g., Hiya, Truecaller, or others) and return results to our system via an API.
The solution will be somewhat similar in concept to this GitHub project, but adapted to our needs.

Scope of Work
Develop a method to connect and manage multiple Android devices (physical or emulators) via ADB.
Implement logic for querying spam detection providers (Hiya, Truecaller, etc.) using those devices.
Create a service that returns spam detection results through an internal API.
Handle provider-specific differences and ensure normalization of responses.
Suggest solutions for scaling the setup with multiple devices and providers.

If you have worked on projects involving Hiya, Truecaller, or similar providers, please describe your technical approach.
Ideal Candidate
Experience with Android/ADB automation and mobile integrations.
Familiarity with restricted or B2B APIs and workarounds when public APIs are unavailable.
Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant solutions.
Prior work with Hiya, Truecaller, or similar spam detection providers is a major advantage.
