Android Financial App and Monitoring Portal
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am building a secure Android-only application that lets users move money with ease. The core features I need live from day one are:

All user logins must be authenticated against our Microsoft Active Directory, so the app has to integrate with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect and respect the existing group policies.
Alongside the mobile front end, I also need a lightweight web portal where I can monitor transactions in real time, view aggregated balance data, and perform standard admin tasks such as user suspension or limits management. The portal can be built in the stack of your choice, provided it consumes the same secure REST/GraphQL API that powers the mobile app.
Key expectations
– Clean, well-documented source code (Kotlin or Flutter preferred, but I’m open)
– End-to-end encryption of sensitive traffic, token-based session handling, and audit trails compliant with PCI-like guidelines
– Handoff that includes build instructions, API documentation, and a short Loom video walkthrough
