I am exploring several ways to combine Android and AutoCAD and need an expert who can guide me from concept to working prototype. At this stage I am still refining the exact direction, so flexibility is essential.
Possible directions include building a brand-new Android app that connects to AutoCAD, turning existing DWG designs into a lightweight mobile viewer/editor, or even creating an Android-based companion tool that automates repetitive commands back in the desktop AutoCAD environment. I am open to whichever approach proves most practical after we discuss the workflow, user experience, and technical constraints.
What I need from you first is a short discovery phase: review my current drawings and typical tasks, suggest viable integration paths, outline the tech stack you would use (e.g., AutoCAD .NET API, Forge, Kotlin/Java, Flutter, REST services), then break the work into clear milestones. After we agree on scope you will move straight into development, deliver a working APK or automation module, document the code, and provide a brief hand-off session so I can maintain it going forward.
