Advanced Satta Matka Android Suite

I need a production-ready, native Android Satta Matka betting application that ships with every moving part already integrated and tested. The build must include:

• Customer-facing APK with smooth play flow, real-time draw feeds, and mobile-number-plus-OTP sign-up / login.
• A separate admin APK that exposes full Super Admin control—game creation, odds management, wallet/ledger oversight, user blocking, manual result override, and detailed reporting dashboards.
• An auto-result update REST API that pushes fresh draws to both apps instantly without manual intervention.
• Complete technical hand-off: full, compile-ready source code, API documentation, database schema, domain transfer, hosting credentials, and any build keys.

If you already have a working solution, please share a live demo for both the player side and the Super Admin panel so I can verify performance and UI flow.

Acceptance criteria
1. APKs install and run cleanly on Android 8+ without third-party dependency errors.
2. OTP verification completes in under 10 seconds on a standard 4G connection.
3. Draw results propagate to all connected clients in ≤2 seconds via the API.
4. Source compiles in Android Studio with a one-command build and no unresolved libraries.
5. After delivery, I hold full ownership—source, domain, hosting, and credentials.

I’ll handle Play Store publishing once the final build passes my user-acceptance tests; please just keep the codebase clean and well-commented for future scaling. Show me what you have, and let’s get this live.
