We’ve built a modern CPaaS dashboard (React.js + Supabase) for SMS & RCS bulk messaging, template management, scheduling, and analytics.
Now, we want to extend it with full WhatsApp businessmessaging capabilities using both WhatsApp Cloud API & the new WhatsApp Light API.

• Real-time Campaign Dashboard → via WebSockets or React Query polling
• Short URL Tracking → click count, device type, OS, geo-region
• Public API + Webhooks → send campaigns, manage templates, fetch reports
• Integration Layer → connectors for MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.
• Compliance Features → opt-in/out, GDPR/DPDP-safe logs, E2E encryption
• Developer Tools → auto-generated tRPC schema, SDKs for PHP/Node/Python, RBAC
