Accounting and Tax Platform
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need to build a tech-based accounting and tax platform with below features:
1) Updated Client Intake Process through:
• The AI Intake Bot: A conversational experience for clients who are asked specific questions like operational scope, transaction volume, regional jurisdictions, team size & reporting/legal requirements.
• The Project Specification Form: A structured, single-page form for professional clients who have their requirements (BRDs) ready.
2) The Negotiation Loop:
• Admin Review: Admin evaluates the client's budget against the requested team size and scope.
• The Counter-Offer: If the client's budget is too low for the expertise required, the Admin issues a counter-offer with a justification (e.g., "For a NetSuite cleanup of this volume, we require a more senior Lead than your budget allows").
• Finalization: A to-and-fro digital "ping-pong" occurs within the platform until both parties hit "Accept." Only then is the project price locked.
3) Squad Selection/Formation & Finalization:
Once the budget is finalized:
• Select Your Squad: Admin presents 2–3 pre-vetted Squad options that fit within that finalized budget (e.g., "Option A: Lead Sarah (CPA) + Staff Ali" vs. "Option B: Lead Mike (ACCA) + Staff Zara").
• Client selects the specific human team they want to work with.
4) Delivery & Payment Split
• The client deposits the funds into Escrow.
• Work commences via platform/slack
• Upon completion of project, funds are split automatically (eg. Platform 30%, Lead 40%, Staff 30%)
Escrow: Payments are held via Stripe Connect and distributed automatically once the client signs off on a milestone.
5) Quality & Performance Management:
• The "Accuracy Guarantee": If an error is found, the Squad Lead is contractually obligated to fix it at no additional cost.
•Handling Underperformance: We use a "Soft Exit" strategy. Underperforming candidates have lowered their “Visibility Score”, meaning they stop seeing new project alerts. This avoids the negative social media impact of "firing" while protecting client quality.
