API development

This is a full-time remote role for a Back End Developer. The Back End
Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
scalable back-end system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
implement robust solutions, and integrating with front-end components. The
role involves leveraging programming skills in a fast-paced environment to
enhance system performance, ensure seamless functionality, and contribute
to the overall development of innovative operational technology.
• Build NodeJS backend services (Express / Fastify)
• Implement identity verification workflows
• Build secure API orchestration layer
• Design call session state management
• Implement logging + audit trail system
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Back-End Development and Software Development
• Familiarity with Front-End Development and the ability to collaborate
effectively with front-end developers
• Experience in Programming and building scalable backend
architectures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively
collaborate with a distributed team
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and database management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
relevant field preferred
• Strong NodeJS backend engineering (3–7+ years)
• Experience with Twilio or SIP-based telephony
• Experience building webhook-based systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API orchestration
• Familiar with OAuth / OTP / identity verification flows
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud infra
• Comfortable designing production-grade system
