API & MySQL Admin Tool Integration (budibase)
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m building an internal admin panel that will sit between our CRM and accounting software, pulling data from each via their REST APIs and storing it in a MySQL database. The goal is to give our team a single place to read, display, and, when authorised, update customer records across both systems without hopping between platforms.
You’ll take charge of:
• Writing clean, efficient API queries to fetch and push customer data to both the CRM and accounting endpoints.
• Structuring the MySQL schema so the data coming from two sources remains consistent, searchable, and easy to update.
• Wiring everything into Budibase (or a comparable low-code tool if you feel it’s a better fit) so staff can view and edit customer information through a secure, user-friendly interface.
A solid grasp of authentication flows, error handling, and data-sync logic is essential so we avoid race conditions or partial updates. If you’ve already built dashboards on Budibase, tell me about them—otherwise show me similar work that proves your API and MySQL chops. I’ll provide API docs and database access as soon as we kick off, and we can iterate quickly from there.
