Job ID: 39776588

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

Title: API Developer Needed – Integrate NAMASTE & ICD-11 (TM2 + Biomedicine) into FHIR-Compliant EMR System

Description:
I am looking for a skilled developer with experience in FHIR APIs, healthcare interoperability, and medical terminologies to build a lightweight micro-service that integrates:

NAMASTE codes (National AYUSH Morbidity & Standardized Terminologies)

WHO ICD-11 (Traditional Medicine Module 2 & Biomedicine)

WHO Standardised International Terminologies for Ayurveda

This project must comply with India’s EHR Standards (2016), including FHIR R4, SNOMED CT, LOINC semantics, ISO 22600 access control, ABHA-linked OAuth 2.0 authentication, and proper audit trails.

Key Deliverables:

Ingest NAMASTE CSV export and generate FHIR CodeSystem + ConceptMap.

Fetch and sync ICD-11 (TM2 + Biomedicine) from WHO ICD-API.

Provide a REST API for auto-complete value-set lookup of NAMASTE + ICD-11 codes.

Implement a translation operation between NAMASTE ↔ TM2 codes.

Support FHIR ProblemList entries for double coding (TM + Biomedicine).

Provide a secure FHIR Bundle upload endpoint.

Ensure OAuth 2.0 (ABHA token) secured access and audit-ready metadata.

Minimal web or CLI interface to test search, mappings, and encounter uploads.

Preferred Skills:

Strong experience with FHIR R4 and healthcare APIs

Knowledge of ICD-11 coding rules and/or clinical terminologies (SNOMED, LOINC, NAMASTE preferable)

Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and secure API development

Prior work with healthcare data standards is a plus

Budget Constraint:
I cannot afford more than ₹6,000–7,000 INR (fixed budget) for this prototype/micro-service. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this budget.

Deliverable:
A working prototype micro-service or plugin (with documentation) that demonstrates the API integration, mappings, and endpoints described above.
