htaccess Correction for GeoIP

I need help correcting my .htaccess files for two Apache-hosted domains. I'm using the GeoIP module to block traffic from certain countries, like Russia, but it's not working as intended. (Bot blocking seems to work. Blocking major ones in htaccess. Have enabled Cloudflare bot blocking as well.)

Requirements:
