apache2 server and Django to fix error

I have a website hosted on AWS and It was working fine. I changed the EC2 from tier3 large into tier3 meduim. when I visit the website after the change, I faced errors with apache2 server.
I want you to fix all apache related errors through remote access. I hired 2 guys and told me the error not from apache2 server. Thus, I need Django developer with good knowlede of apache2 server
