Waitress + Https + Flask + Apache + Windows

We have a flask app using waitress for serving APIs and using Apache server deployed on Windows. Everything is working perfectly, but now we changed from http to https (the site from where APIs are called on our server)
Issue - now calls are made from https and waitress doesn't serve https as it only supports http.
Solution - I have one, but am okay with yours if you can suggest something better
Required - someone with great understanding of hosting and servers, especially: apache, waitress and nginx
