Need to upgrade 2 web pages

One developer has provided me a copy of a website which I needed but some of the work he cant able to do is. The website is running perfectly on the server with internet like. It is working perfectly in xampp with internet but not working without internet in xampp. Some parts are not loading without the internet. Even if I running directly on the browser its not working. So there must be some script it there which is making trouble. I need you to resolve that issue so that it will work perfectly fine without the internet.
