Moodle Installation on Windows Server

I need a complete Moodle environment installed and configured on my Windows-based server. Please deploy the latest stable version, ensure that all prerequisite components (PHP, database engine, web server) are tuned for speed and reliability, and lock everything down with best-practice security settings.

I’m still exploring which plugins will best support standard teaching workflows, so I’ll look to you for recommendations on a core set of must-have extensions (backup, reporting, user enrolment, theme, etc.). Once agreed, include their installation and basic configuration in the scope.

Deliverables:
• Fully operational Moodle site reachable at my chosen domain/sub-directory
• Admin account credentials and clear documentation covering server stack settings, backup routine, and upgrade path
• Short list of suggested plugins with rationale, installed and activated after approval
• Brief walkthrough (video or live) showing how to add a course and enrol a user
