Moodle 4.4.1 Error Fix & Best Practices
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Dear,
We are preparing a Moodle platform based on the last 4.4.1 version. It is a simple installation for 8 e-learnings with only 2 teachers managing them, and one user for support. The platform is not yet in production, so we have a couple of weeks in the planning before it should be live.
We have installed it and are testing it. Presently we are having the problem that every some hours we get an error message: Call to undefined function. It happens on different areas of Moodle:
Call to undefined function - core_login_pre_signup_requests()
Call to undefined function - core login_get_return_URL()
Call to undefined function - course_get_format()
We have installed Moodle following the recommendations on their webpage but we would welcome best practices for installation and future maintenance (patching, new versions, LTS only or not, etc), including solving this problem. So far we are purging the cache in Developer mode but this only solves the problem for a while, and it comes back.
See the errors in https://www.manrique.com/problem-moodle/problems-moodle.htm
We count on:
1) doing a remote meeting with you to see the platform
2) we can provide you an account for you to check how the platform is installed
3) you provide us with best practices both for the installation and for future maintenance
Looking to hear from you.
Luis.
