High-Volume Website Migration Expert Needed - Virtualmin

I'm moving a high-traffic, high-visibility website to a new Virtualmin host and need an expert to assist with the process.

Key requirements:
- Configure Virtualmin, Webmin, Usermin on Ubuntu host
- Set up 3 Virtualmin hosts as DNS servers (1 master, 2 slaves)
- Apache configuration in Virtualmin; able to script changes and guide me through setups, tuning
- Mariadb migration of an existing database to new host, tuning
- Bonus: Experience with migrating large vBulletin databases (20 million posts)

Requirements:
- English speaking
- Zoom communication - or freelancer equivalent
- Initial response must include 'BOBCAT' - others will be ignored
- Open to further work opportunities
