Drupal platform and infrastructure support

We are non-profit organization providing care to senior residents in BC, CANADA. Our website (https://baptisthousing.org) is based on Drupal version 8.9 running CentOS for operating system. We are looking for freelancer to support Drupal platform and infrastructure. Currently we only budget 10 hours per month for Drupal support. Depending on the rate, the hours could be more.
Below is the scope of work that we are looking for.
Server Management (Linux)
Web Content Manager (Drupal) - nodes, modules
Server Dependencies Upgrade
Drupal Security Upgrade
Fix Drupal, Web Server, & Infrastructure Issues/errors
Google Adwords URL Update
Google Tag Manager - occasional Advertising Tag updates
Drupal Pages Error Fixing, webform errors, PayPal connection issues and design changes
Drupal Environment Security Hardening
Drupal Periodical Backup
Admin support to HR, Scholarship and Donation Page - ie missing Paypal receipt error, gallery module fixes, updating page structure
Coordinating updates with hosting company as required and addressing errors ie storage over quota
There may be also opportunity to update website design in the future, at which point project hourly estimates would be discussed
