Drupal 7 cron task failure due to PDOException TROUBLESHOOTING

I am looking for an experienced Drupal developer who can troubleshoot an issue with the "Drupal cron maintenance task" failure due to a PDOException error regarding a custom PHP code in Rules. Troubleshooting session will be "live" over an MS Teams call as administrator account information cannot be handed over.
