Deploy Laravel/Inertia Portal

We need a freelancer to deploy our portal to production hosting. The app is a Laravel 12 backend with Inertia + React frontend (Vite build). We want a reliable, secure deployment with proper environment setup

Tech stack
- Laravel 12 (PHP 8.2+)
- Inertia.js + React
- Vite, Tailwind
- Likely MySQL/Postgres
- Queues/cron, storage (S3 integration)

Scope / Responsibilities
- Review repo and define deployment steps
- Provision or configure hosting (AWS preferred)
- Set up PHP 8.2+, web server (Nginx/Apache), Node for Vite build if needed
- Configure .env, database, cache, storage, mail/SMTP
- Write CI/CD pipeline
- Configure queues and scheduler (Supervisor/cron)
- Build frontend assets (Vite) and deploy
- Set up SSL and domain
- Provide a short deployment checklist and rollback steps

Deliverables
- Fully deployed app accessible via our domain
- Environment configured + database migrated
- Queues and scheduler running
- Documented steps and credentials handoff

Required skills
- Laravel deployment (PHP 8.2+)
- Inertia/React + Vite build pipelines
- Linux server setup (Nginx/Apache)
- SSL, DNS, basic security hardening

Nice to have
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Forge, Ploi, Vapor, etc.)
- AWS S3 experience
