Configuring Roundcube in Linux VM

I need help configuring Roundcube on a Linux VM using Apache server. While I don't require any specific plugins, I am open to recommendations. Ideally, I would like the project completed as soon as possible. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in Linux server administration, Apache configuration, and Roundcube installation. We also required SMTP configuration in my plesk panel which should work with my webpage. Enginner should work remotely on my system using anydesk.
