I want fresh eyes on the stack, so the engagement begins with a deep-dive audit: CPU, memory, database behaviour and network flow. Please capture every finding in a detailed, evidence-based report—graphs, screenshots, CloudWatch metrics, the works—so decisions are backed by data, not guesswork.
Once the pain points are clear, I’ll need a redesign that balances cost and performance. Feel free to compare alternatives such as Lightsail or a move to managed services, but assume EC2 remains the baseline. The proposal should include an architecture diagram, projected monthly spend, and clear justification for each component.

• Provisioned and hardened instances (separate production and staging)
