Apache Spark Contribution Mentor

I am seeking a highly experienced Apache Spark developer to assist and mentor my intermediate-level team in contributing to the official Apache Spark open-source project. The ideal candidate will have:

- Prior contributions to Apache Spark or similar large-scale open source projects
- Deep expertise in Scala
- Solid understanding of Spark internals

Key areas where we need mentoring:
- Core development
- Spark SQL

Key Responsibilities:
-Guide and mentor in setting up the Apache Spark build environment.
-Help identify beginner-friendly open JIRA tickets or GitHub issues to work on.
-Assist in writing clean, review-ready pull requests (PRs).
-Explain contribution guidelines, ASF workflows, and CLA requirements.
-Provide code-level guidance on Scala/Spark internals (core, SQL, or structured streaming modules).
