### Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced VB.NET developer to create a robust desktop application that integrates with the Solr search engine to provide advanced search capabilities over an SQLite database containing Arabic text. This application should be capable of running entirely offline and must be easy for clients to set up on their computers without requiring manual modifications.

### Core Requirements:
1. **VB.NET Interface Development:**
- Develop a user-friendly interface using VB.NET.
- The interface should support Arabic language.

2. **Integration with Solr Search Engine:**
- Seamlessly integrate the Solr search engine into the VB.Net application.
- Set up and configure Solr to run offline as part of the application installation.
- Implement full-text search capabilities over the SQLite database.
- Support various search functionalities:
- Basic search .
- Sorting by ID and other fields.
- Enhanced DisMax (eDisMax) query processing.
- Show the result in a page (webpage inside vb.net application and highlight the search terms in results)

3. **Search Capabilities:**
- Implement multiple search modes:
- **Any Word:** Return results matching any of the search terms.
- **Any Sequence With All Words:** Return results containing all specified words in any

4. **Client Installation Package:**
- Develop an installer package that:
- Automatically sets up the Solr engine.
- Configures the necessary Solr schemas and indexes upon installation.
- Requires minimal to no configuration by the end-user.

### Deliverables:
1. VB.NET application source code. (C# is acceptable)
2. Solr configuration files.
3. Installation package with setup instructions.
4. Documentation on how to use the application and manage Solr configurations.
