kraft project using http server and making some apis using these

I am looking for someone to create a kraft project using an HTTP server and making some APIs using these. Specifically, I need the contractor to develop data manipulation APIs. Additionally, I have specific software requirements that the HTTP server must meet. Lastly, the expected timeline for this project is less than 1 week.
