apache kafka streams

We are looking for a person experienced with Kafka Streams to implement Kafka streams for an instant messaging app. The UI can be a basic prototype, but the functionality needs to be implemented in Kafka, and the service layer should be complete.

Below are the required features:

1) Messaging between two logged in users

2) Broadcasting a message to groups of users (unlimited members in a group)

3) Persist messages in a Azure Table Storage

4) Transport layer should be secure

5) Messages should be encrypted during transit

6) The performance metrics should be comparable to publicly available instant messaging apps (like Whatsapp, Telegram etc.)
