store Kafka stream to database

Dear Software Engineers,
we are reselling satellite Internet services.
one provider we are buying services to did provide us Kafka consumer API credentials so that we could receive the key values of each link of each customer.
We are looking for a software enginner who would make a program to:
> make the kafka consumer API receive the stream
> store the values to a database
> setup a grafana to manage the customer accounts and draw the graphs of each satellite internet connexion from the values of the database (we have examples of that king of grafana vues that we have access to with some other providers we are already working with)
