Scale Posthog Kafka (bitnami/kafka:2.8.1) and Zookeeper (bitnami/zookeeper:3.7.0) to 3 nodes for Posthog

I need someone who is familiar with Kafka and Zookeeper who can take my existing Posthog helm chart install and scale the numParitions, replication factor and Kafka/Zookeeper instances to x3 (this includes modifying the existing topics/replication)
