The ideal freelancer should also be proficient with Docker and Docker-Compose, as these will be essential for application containerization.

Key components of the project include:
- Implementing a system for real-time data processing
- Utilizing Source Connectors and Sink Connectors
- Integrating and monitoring the system with Prometheus and Grafana
- Ensuring Docker containers are properly monitored with Prometheus
