Letter (envelope + posted stamp) from near BRAŞOV in Romania

Hi,
I am collecting envelopes with stamps from different countries and cities and I would like to have one from any city near BRAŞOV in Romania.
I would like to receive just an empty envelop with its issued stamp on it for my collection.
This NO advertisment or anything else as what is exactly described!
