Confirm and verify

I'm just trying to confirm about 3500.00 of different coins and tokens that I sent Ethereum without writing a contract or anything for that matter please help I'm not sure if I lost the money because I can see the transaction and even put my user id to it but cannot confirm it because I don't know how to do that I was just sending it to c comp so I thought I'm just a beginner investor ?
